Progressbar 95 is the first system you get when you start the game for the first time, and the titular system of the game. It is the 7th system overall in the Progressbar line of systems. The system resembles the famous Windows 95, an operating system released by Microsoft in 1995.

• The Begin, Eye and Help buttons have been combined into a single button.
• The Begin menu now includes icons.
• A language indicator and a sound icon have been added in the taskbar.
• The window titlebar is darker.

• According to Barny Fortschritt, the senior data refinementor of the ProgressData Refinement Department, this system was created at Room 5F (also known as Room 95).
